What vaccinations does my pet need for boarding or daycare?
Dogs need rabies, DHPPi/DHPPiL, kennel cough (Bordetella), flea and tick prevention, and deworming. Cats need rabies, FeLV vaccine, flea and tick prevention, and deworming. Bring your pet's vaccination passport on the first visit.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off for boarding?
Yes. We offer free pickup and drop-off across JVC, JVT, The Springs, The Greens, JLT, and Dubai Sports City for all boarding and daycare services.
Can I visit the facility before booking?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 382 2433 to arrange a visit. We are happy to show you the daycare area, boarding suites, and cat-only spaces.
What are your boarding and daycare hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 9 PM. Drop-off and pickup can be arranged within these hours.
Do you board cats and dogs separately?
Yes. Cats have their own dedicated area — separate from dogs at all times. This includes separate daycare space and separate boarding suites.
