Cat Boarding in JVC, Dubai
What Is Cat Boarding in JVC, Dubai?
Cat Boarding at Aminah Paws gives your cat a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to stay overnight or for extended periods while you're travelling, relocating, or away from home. Our cats stay in luxury cat suites in Jumeirah Village Circle — completely separate from all dog areas — with personalized care, daily enrichment, and climate control throughout their stay.
We keep capacity limited so every cat gets individual attention throughout their stay. Many of our regular boarding cats belong to owners from JVT who book with us whenever they travel. We also offer pickup and drop-off across Dubai so you don't have to make the trip yourself.

What's Included
Separate Dog & Cat Facilities
Cats are housed in a completely separate area from dogs. Your cat will never see, hear, or interact with any dogs during their boarding stay. The cat area is designed specifically for feline comfort — quieter, calmer, and structured differently from the dog side.
This separation is especially important during boarding, where your cat is staying overnight in an unfamiliar environment. Removing the stress of sharing space with dogs helps your cat settle in faster, sleep better, and feel secure throughout their entire stay. Cats that are already anxious about being away from home don't need the added stress of barking or dog activity nearby.
Luxury Cat Suites
Your cat stays in a dedicated luxury cat suite — a private, enclosed space designed for comfort and security. Each suite gives your cat their own area to sleep, rest, and observe their surroundings without being disturbed by other animals.
Unlike open-room boarding where cats share space with unfamiliar cats, our suite setup gives each cat defined personal territory. Cats are territorial by nature, and having their own enclosed space dramatically reduces stress compared to communal setups. The suites are cleaned daily and set up with comfortable bedding, though bringing your cat's own blanket or bed is always recommended.
If you have two bonded cats, they can share the same suite. An additional cat sharing the same suite is available at a reduced rate — details in the pricing section below.
Climate-Controlled Environment
Our cat boarding area is fully climate-controlled, maintaining a comfortable temperature day and night year-round. In Dubai's extreme summer heat, this is essential for your cat's safety and comfort — especially during overnight stays.
Indoor cats are used to air-conditioned environments. Moving them to a facility without proper climate control can cause dehydration, heat stress, and added anxiety on top of the unfamiliarity of being away from home. Our facility maintains a consistent temperature that matches what your cat is used to at home. Fresh water is always available.
Personalized Feeding & Care Routine
We follow your cat's existing feeding schedule and dietary requirements throughout their stay. You can bring your cat's own food to maintain their normal routine and prevent digestive upset.
Cats are particularly sensitive to changes in diet. Even switching brands for a few days can cause stomach issues or complete refusal to eat — and a cat that stops eating during boarding is a serious concern. Bringing their regular food in labeled containers with clear portion and timing instructions ensures their routine stays intact while you're away.
If your cat is a grazer who prefers to eat small amounts throughout the day rather than at set mealtimes, let us know and we'll accommodate that. If your cat takes medication, our team can administer it on schedule — just provide dosage details and timing instructions at drop-off.
Supervised Enrichment & Quiet Play
Your cat isn't just left in their suite all day. They receive supervised enrichment and interaction suited to their personality — whether they prefer active play with toys or quiet observation from a comfortable perch.
Enrichment for boarding cats is different from dogs. Most cats don't want high-energy group play — they want stimulation on their own terms. Our team spends time with each cat individually, offering interactive toys, gentle attention, or simply sitting nearby for company. For cats that prefer solitude, we respect that and check on them regularly without disturbing their rest.
Over multi-night stays, our team gets to know your cat's preferences and adjusts accordingly. A cat that's shy on night one often warms up by night three. We track these changes and share them in your daily updates so you can see your cat becoming more comfortable over time.
Complimentary Daily Photo & Video Updates
You'll receive photos and video updates of your cat every day at no extra charge. You'll see how they're settling in, where they're sleeping, and how they're interacting with our team.
Cat owners boarding their pet for the first time are often more anxious than the cat itself. Daily updates give you real visibility into your cat's experience — not staged photos, but genuine snapshots of their day. For extended stays, watching your cat gradually settle in and relax over the first few days is reassuring and helps you enjoy your own time away.
Limited Capacity for Individual Attention
We intentionally keep boarding numbers limited so every cat gets proper attention from our team. This is a small, managed facility where your cat is known by name — not a high-volume operation where cats are stacked in cages.
Overcrowded environments are particularly damaging for cats during overnight stays. The stress of too many unfamiliar cats in close proximity leads to anxiety, aggression, refusal to eat, and illness. By keeping capacity low, we ensure every cat has enough space, quiet, and personal attention to feel secure throughout their stay.
Veterinary Support Available
In the event of a health concern during your cat's boarding stay, veterinary support is available. We'll contact you immediately if anything comes up and coordinate with a vet if needed.
Cats are known for hiding illness and discomfort, which makes daily monitoring critical during boarding. Our team watches for subtle signs — changes in appetite, unusual hiding, lethargy, litter box changes, or behavioral shifts — and flags anything unusual immediately rather than waiting until the end of the stay.
Complimentary Luxury Spa Treatment for Stays Over 10 Nights
If your cat stays for 10 nights or longer, they receive a complimentary luxury spa treatment grooming during their stay. This is included at no extra charge as a thank-you for choosing us for an extended stay.
This means your cat comes home not just well-cared-for but freshly groomed and looking their best. No need to book a separate grooming appointment after a long trip — it's already handled during their stay.
Long Stay Benefits
We reward longer stays with added value:
-
Stay 10 nights or longer — free luxury spa treatment grooming included during your cat's stay
-
Stay 30 nights or longer — 10% off total boarding fees
If you're planning an extended trip, relocation, or a long work assignment, these benefits make longer stays more cost-effective. The 10% discount at 30 nights applies to the full boarding bill, and the complimentary spa treatment means your cat is groomed and pampered without an additional appointment or charge.

What to Bring
We recommend bringing:
-
Your cat's own food — to help prevent digestive upset and maintain their normal feeding routine
-
Your cat's own bed or blanket — familiar scents help your cat feel comfortable, relaxed, and secure during their stay
Familiar scent is even more important for cats than dogs during boarding. A blanket or bed that smells like home can significantly reduce stress and help your cat settle into their suite faster. For multi-night stays, bring enough food for the full duration plus one extra day as a buffer. If your cat has a favorite toy, you're welcome to bring that too. Label everything with your cat's name.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between cat daycare and cat boarding?
Daycare is a daytime-only service — your cat comes in for the day and goes home in the evening. Boarding includes overnight stays for one or more nights in a private luxury cat suite. Both include the same level of supervision, enrichment, and care.
Can my two cats share a suite?
Yes. If your cats are bonded and comfortable together, they can share the same luxury suite. The second cat is charged at a reduced rate of AED 60 per night. Let us know when booking so we can set up the suite accordingly.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off for boarding?
Yes. We offer pickup and drop-off across Dubai, including for cat owners living near JLT. Cats are transported in secure, comfortable carriers. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange collection and return for your area.
What if I need to extend or shorten my cat's stay?
Contact us as soon as your plans change. We can usually accommodate extensions if space is available. For shortened stays, let us know as early as possible so we can adjust.
Will my cat be around dogs?
No. Cats and dogs are in completely separate facilities. Your cat will never see, hear, or share space with any dogs during their stay.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
No minimum. You can book a single night or an extended stay of weeks or months. Stays of 10 nights or more include a complimentary luxury spa treatment, and stays of 30 nights or more receive a 10% discount on total boarding fees.
