What's Included

Separate Dog & Cat Facilities

Dogs and cats are housed in completely separate areas. Your dog will never be stressed by the presence of unfamiliar cats, and vice versa. Each space is designed specifically for the species using it.

This separation also means noise levels stay manageable. Dogs that bark or get excited during play don't disturb cats in their own space, and cats can rest in a quieter environment suited to their temperament. If you have both a dog and a cat, both can attend daycare on the same day in their respective areas.

Your dog isn't just watched — they're actively engaged throughout the day. We provide supervised play sessions and daily enrichment activities to keep your dog mentally stimulated and physically active.

Supervised Play & Daily Enrichment

Enrichment matters because a bored dog is an anxious dog. Activities are adjusted based on your dog's energy level, size, and personality. High-energy dogs get more active play, while calmer or older dogs get gentler interaction and rest time. If your dog has specific play preferences or doesn't do well with other dogs, let us know when booking and we'll adjust accordingly.

All play is supervised by our team at all times. Dogs are never left unattended in group play areas, and we separate dogs by size and temperament to keep interactions safe and positive.

Climate-Controlled Environment

Our entire daycare facility is climate-controlled, keeping your dog comfortable regardless of the weather outside. In Dubai's extreme summer heat, this is not optional — it's essential for your pet's safety.

Temperatures in Dubai regularly exceed 45°C during summer months, making outdoor daycare or poorly ventilated facilities a genuine health risk for dogs. Our facility maintains a consistent, comfortable temperature year-round so your dog can play, rest, and move around without overheating. Fresh water is always available throughout the day.

Personalized Feeding & Care Routine

We follow your dog's existing feeding schedule and dietary requirements. You can bring your pet's own food to maintain their regular routine and avoid digestive upset.

Switching food abruptly — even for a day — can cause stomach issues in many dogs. That's why we recommend bringing your dog's regular food with clear instructions on portion sizes and feeding times. If your dog takes medication, our team can administer it on schedule as long as you provide dosage instructions at drop-off.

You'll receive photos and video updates of your dog throughout the day at no extra charge. You can see what they're up to, how they're settling in, and what activities they've been doing.

Complimentary Daily Photo & Video Updates

This is especially reassuring for first-time daycare dogs and their owners. Rather than wondering how your dog is doing all day, you'll get real updates showing their actual experience. Many of our regular daycare clients say the daily updates are one of the reasons they keep coming back.

Limited Capacity for Individual Attention

We intentionally keep daycare numbers limited so every dog gets proper attention from our team. This isn't a large-scale boarding facility where dogs are left in kennels — it's a small, managed environment where your dog is known by name.

Limited capacity also means less stress for your dog. Overcrowded daycare environments can overwhelm even social dogs, leading to anxiety, reactivity, or exhaustion. By keeping numbers manageable, we ensure a calmer, safer experience for every dog in our care.

Veterinary Support Available

In the event of a health concern during your dog's daycare session, veterinary support is available. We'll contact you immediately if anything comes up and coordinate with a vet if needed.

While emergencies are rare, having vet support accessible gives you peace of mind knowing your dog's health is covered even while you're away. Our team is also trained to recognize early signs of distress, overheating, or illness so that any issue is caught quickly.

Half Day & Full Day Options

We offer both half-day and full-day daycare to fit your schedule:

  • Half Day — up to 5 hours. For owners who need coverage for a few hours, not the whole day.

  • Full Day — a full day of supervised care, play, and enrichment.

Half-day works well for owners who work part-time, have a midday appointment, or want to ease a new dog into daycare gradually before committing to full days. Full-day is better for owners who need all-day coverage or want their dog to get the most out of the enrichment and play schedule.

Vaccination & Health Requirements

For the safety of all dogs in our care, every dog attending daycare must meet the following requirements:

  • Present a valid vaccination passport

  • Be healthy and free from contagious illness

  • Be protected against fleas and ticks

  • Be regularly dewormed

Required Vaccinations for Dogs

  • Rabies

  • DHPPi / DHPPiL

  • Kennel Cough (Bordetella)

  • Flea & Tick Prevention

  • Deworming

Please bring your dog's vaccination passport on the first visit. If any vaccinations are overdue, we'll need them updated before your dog can attend. This policy protects your dog and every other pet in our facility. If you're unsure whether your dog's vaccinations are current, check with your vet or send us a photo of the passport on WhatsApp and we'll review it.

What to Bring

We recommend bringing:

  • Your dog's own food — to help prevent digestive upset and maintain their normal feeding routine

  • Your dog's own bed or blanket — familiar scents help your dog feel comfortable, relaxed, and secure during their stay

You don't need to bring toys, bowls, or anything else — we provide those. Food and bedding from home simply help your dog settle in faster, especially on their first few visits. Label everything with your dog's name so nothing gets mixed up.

What's the difference between half-day and full-day daycare?

Frequently Asked Questions

Half-day covers up to 5 hours and is suited for shorter absences or easing a new dog into the routine. Full-day covers the entire day with a full schedule of play, enrichment, and rest periods.

Yes. Our team actively supervises all dogs throughout the day. Dogs are never left unattended in play areas, and we separate by size and temperament for safety.

Is my dog supervised at all times?

Can I use daycare on short notice?

We accept same-day bookings when space is available, but booking ahead is better since we keep capacity limited. Owners across nearby areas like The Springs often book a few days in advance for regular weekly slots. Message us on WhatsApp to check availability.

What if my dog doesn't get along with other dogs?

Let us know when booking. We manage group dynamics carefully and can separate dogs that prefer solo play or limited interaction. Not every dog is social, and that's fine — we adjust to your dog's personality.

Do you offer daycare for cats too?

Yes. We run a separate Cat Daycare in a completely different area of the facility. Cats and dogs never share space.

Our Dog Boarding service covers overnight stays with the same level of care, supervision, and enrichment. If your schedule changes and you need to extend a daycare visit into an overnight stay, contact us as early as possible and we'll accommodate if space is available.

What if I need overnight care, not just daytime?
