Terms of Service
1. Scope of Services
Aminah Paws provides professional pet grooming, boarding, day care, and retail services. By booking any service with us, you agree to these terms, ensuring a safe and premium experience for your beloved companions in Dubai.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee. Repeated no-shows or late arrivals (exceeding 15 minutes) may result in the loss of the appointment slot and a requirement for pre-payment of future services.
3. Health & Vaccinations
All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations (DHPPI, Rabies, Kennel Cough). Evidence of vaccination must be provided before boarding or grooming. Pets must be free of ticks, fleas, and contagious illnesses. Aminah Paws reserves the right to refuse service to any pet showing signs of ill health.
4. Behavior & Safety
Owners must disclose any history of aggression or special behavioral needs. While we handle every pet with care, we reserve the right to stop grooming or day care services if a pet's behavior poses a risk to itself, our staff, or other animals. Muzzling may be used as a last resort for safety.
5. Emergencies & Vet Care
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately. By using our services, you authorize Aminah Paws to seek veterinary care at your expense if we believe it is necessary for your pet's wellbeing. We will prioritize the pet's health above all else.
6. Payment Terms
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Payment is due upon completion of services. For boarding, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the dates. We accept cash, card, and digital payments. Refunds for retail purchases are subject to our store return policy.
7. Liability & Limitations
Aminah Paws is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, sudden illness, or injuries resulting from a pet's behavioral issues. While we maintain a highly secure facility in JVC, we are not responsible for accidental loss or injury unless caused by gross negligence. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
8. Photos & Social Media
We love sharing the joy of pet care! By using our services, you consent to Aminah Paws taking photographs and videos of your pet for use on our social media platforms and website for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you prefer to opt-out.
